Esta es una madre que vive inadaptada a un mundo de estructuras rígidas: las del sistema, las de la familia, las de las mujeres. Sin dirección o propiedad de los espacios que habita, en un impulso decide abandonar a sus hijos para adentrarse en el bosque. Emergen en este lugar árboles gigantescos, manos agitadas y la incógnita de unas sábanas que la guiarán en todo momento.
This is a mother who lives unadapted to a world of rigid structures: those of the system, those of the family, those of women. Without direction or ownership of the spaces she inhabits, on impulse she decides to abandon her children to enter the forest. In this place, gigantic trees, shaking hands and the mystery of sheets emerging will guide her at all times.
El cortometraje, co-dirigido por mí y por Laura Valenzuela, fue seleccionado en la sección Nest de la 71 edición del Festival Internacional de Cine de San Sebastián.
The short film, co-directed by me and Laura Valenzuela, was selected in the Nest section of the 71st edition of the San Sebastián International Film Festival.
